In UPPDNRP Project(Agra Zone), we have to Segregate 70 Nos Feeders in Agra Zone(Firozabad, Mainpuri, Mathura). In which 41 Nos Feeders have to Segregate in Firozabad District.
In this project we were shifting the loads of Domestic Transformers from our new Feeders and Comercial Transformers, from Existing Feeders.
Job role and Responsibilities :
- Preparing Drawings of survey done & getting approval from UPPCL Engineers.
- Prepare Proposed and Executed SLD and Drawings.
- Prepare Pole Schedule and Joint Measurement Sheet.
- Prepare NC Rectification Letters
- Prepare Site visit reports and Daily progress reports (DPR).
- Co-Ordination with contractors, store In-charge&Site Engineers, Supervisors for timely achieving the Milestone
- Preparing Contractor Billing along with Pole schedule.
- Contractor Material Reconciliation prepare.
- Prepare work plan for execution.
- Co-ordinate all field supervisor and site staff for execution of work.
- Regular discuss with our seniors and flagging issues at sites during the constructions,Client Co-operations, preparation of site visit reports, Store inspection reports and technical discussion with Team Leader.
- Work Allotment to the Sub-Contractors as per Pre-Planned schedules.
- Dealing with client.
- GPS Survey of working site and other necessary works.
- Data management of progress of work.
- Preparing MRN for issuing materials to sub-contractors.
- To go to the Work Site with Field Supervisor for verification of Execution quantity.
- Updation of all related Documents, GPS Points, BOQ Sheets, NC Letters on UPPCL's ADB Project Portal.
- Follow up with Responsible Engineer of Project Management Agency (PMA) regarding Work Execution.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
